Grace Nowlin is an award-winning painter who has relocated from Overland Park Kansas to Fort Worth Texas with her husband. She finds inspiration in all styles of painting from the Impressionists to Banksy and blek LeRat. She is passionate in her work and relates real-life experience into each piece she crafts. She is known for her beautiful landscapes, detailed portraits, pop-art images of people, flowers, or animals, and process paintings capturing contempory complexity.

 

Her painting "Shhh" was one of 5 finalists from JCCC Art community selected to compete in the National League For Innovation competition.

Grace's work has been shown at Images Art Gallery, 7320 W. 80th Street in Overland Park, Ks, at The Art Factory in Overland Park, at her solo show at Kingswood Manor in Kansas City, Missouri and at JCCC in Overland Park. Her work can be seen at the Fort Worth Community Art Center in various shows, including the Historic Fort Worth Art and Sale in September.
